Restorative

Perfect for anyone in a state of dis-ease, or those who are looking to maintain a state of ease. Passive stretching with the support of bolsters, blocks and blankets, restorative yoga simultaneously stimulates and calms the nervous system. Poses are held anywhere from 8-15 minutes to allow the body to relax, release and restore.

Yin

A slow and mindful practice designed to target the deep connective tissues - the fascia and ligaments - as well as the bones and joints. Poses are held from 3-5 minutes, and sometimes longer, to maximize the benefits of the postures, promoting muscle mobility, flexibility and stability.

Gentle Hatha

A gentle yoga practice that is great for all levels. This class focuses on the fundamentals of movement, breath and stillness. If you’re looking to get into yoga and don’t know where to start, this is for you.

Yin/Yang

This practice draws from hatha, yin, vinyasa and restorative yoga traditions to promote an overall sense of well-being and harmony. A combination of passive (yin) and active (yang) - active movements strengthen and stabilize while passive movements create space in the body and release stress.

All classes are 1 hour in length.
